The 2024/25 season is fast approaching, and what better way to kick off the year than planning for the end of it? The Mo Cup, Prospects by Sports Illustrated’s newest elite spring hockey tournament, will be the first-ever event inspired by a creator, in this case, PSI’s face of media MoTalksPuck!

The Mo Cup, which is replacing the Futures Showcase, will run on May 23-25, 2025 at Scotiabank Pond Toronto. The event will be open to both the AA and AAA divisions and will allow for team and individual registrations. With a 4-game minimum, players will have the opportunity to suit up with their friends, or make brand new ones, as they rep their one-of-a-kind Mo Cup Limited Edition Jerseys! Not only that but there will be free MoTalksPuck merchandise available, as well as a special prize for every game MVP.

Even more excitingly, players will have the chance to hang out with Mo himself. The first five teams to register for this elite spring hockey tournament will receive an on-ice team interview with Mo, and will even get to have him on their bench to start the game. The next five will get lineup reads by Mo ahead of their games, and the first five individual registrations will earn themselves a guaranteed post-game interview. This is the full MoTalksPuck experience, coming to Toronto this May.
