This Privacy Policy explains how 2653954 Ontario Inc., operating as Elite Global Sports (“Elite Global Sports”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), collects, uses, shares, and protects information about you when you visit this website, register for events, or otherwise interact with us. Elite Global Sports operates Prospects by Sports Illustrated hockey events in Canada under license from Authentic Brands Group / ABG-SI LLC. References to “Prospects by Sports Illustrated” or “PSI” on this site refer to events and programs operated by Elite Global Sports under that license.

Information we collect
We collect information in the following ways:
- Information you provide directly — when you fill out a form, register for an event, contact us, apply for an internship or volunteer position, or opt in to SMS communications, you may provide your name, email address, phone number, mailing address, date of birth, hockey-related information (position, team, level), parent/guardian contact information (if you are a minor), resume or other uploaded files, and any other information you choose to share.
- Payment information — payments for event registrations are processed by our third-party payment processor. We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers; we receive only confirmation and limited identifying information from the processor.
- Automatically collected information — when you visit the site we automatically collect IP address, browser type, device information, referring URL, pages visited, and time spent on pages, primarily through cookies and similar technologies. See the Cookie Policy for details.
- Photographs and video — at our events, we and our authorized media partners may capture photographs, video, and audio of participants, spectators, and venues for promotional, broadcast, and archival purposes. See “Media at events” below.
How we use your information
We use the information we collect to:
- Register you for events, manage your participation, and communicate event details;
- Process payments and issue refunds where applicable;
- Send registration confirmations, event reminders, scheduling updates, athlete evaluation notifications, and other transactional communications;
- Send marketing communications about future events, programs, and partner offerings, where you have opted in (you can opt out at any time);
- Operate, secure, and improve our website and services;
- Comply with legal obligations, enforce our Terms of Service, and protect our rights and the rights of others.
SMS communications
If you provide a phone number and opt in to receive text messages, we will send you SMS messages related to your participation in Prospects by Sports Illustrated hockey events and programs operated by Elite Global Sports. These may include registration confirmations, event reminders, scheduling updates, athlete evaluation notifications, and important program updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message we send. You can request help by replying HELP, or email tdesilva@prospectsbysi.com. We do not share or sell your mobile information or SMS opt-in data with third parties for their marketing purposes. Mobile information and consent will not be shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.
Children’s privacy
Many of our events involve youth athletes. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under the age of 13 without the consent of a parent or legal guardian. Registrations for participants under 18 must be completed by a parent or legal guardian, who provides the relevant information and consents to our collection and use of that information on the minor’s behalf. If you believe we have collected information from a child under 13 without proper consent, contact us at webmaster@prospectsbysi.com and we will delete it.
Media at events
By registering for or attending an event operated by Elite Global Sports, you (and if the participant is a minor, the parent or guardian on their behalf) acknowledge that photographs, video, audio, and other media may be captured and may be used by Elite Global Sports, Prospects by Sports Illustrated, and authorized licensees and media partners for promotional, broadcast, editorial, and archival purposes, without further notice or compensation. If you wish to withdraw consent for use of a specific image, contact us at webmaster@prospectsbysi.com and we will make reasonable efforts to remove it from materials we control going forward.
Embedded content from other websites
Articles and pages on this site may include embedded content (such as videos, images, social media posts, and articles). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website. These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content, including tracking your interaction if you have an account and are logged in to that website.

Data retention
We retain form submissions and registration data on our website indefinitely unless and until deletion is requested or no longer needed for the purposes set out in this Policy. Website administrators can view and edit that information. Financial records are retained for the periods required by applicable tax and accounting law.
What rights you have over your data
Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you and request an exported copy;
- Request correction of inaccurate information;
